I’m not a big fan of Kesha, but I received a ticket voucher when I attended the pre-concert party sponsored by Araneta (thanks again Kath Eustaquio of Araneta) at URBN bar. I think this is the third time I received free concert tickets from them, perks of a blogger, eh? Anyway, I still remember that crazy pre-concert party a few weeks ago. First time two complete strangers — turned acquaintances — that we met at the bar insisted of bringing me and my friend home. It was early in the morning na kasi and they were worried something might happen to us. Such sweet guys. Lol, but I can’t recall their names. Ohh what alcohol can do. :D #crazykids
Anywaaay. So the concert was held last Thursday at the Araneta Coliseum. I invited one of my bestest friends, Vina to come with me. We badly needed to catch up as well, and we did just that over dinner. When we arrived at Araneta we found out we were seated right beside a big pool of highschoolers (lol joke, sige na nga college students sila). We were such party poopers and made fun of them for being hyper and jumping up and down. Take note, concert hasn’t started yet. Excited kayo?
And then the concert began! Kesha’s first song was her latest single We Are The Crazy Kids. Around this time, me and my friend were all psyched up already. Hindi na kami lolavibes. It was hard to be one when the songs are all party/club tunes! Kesha herself was also very entertaining!
I loved the props on stage!!! I’m sure the crowd definitely enjoyed the concert and I myself had LSS with her last song Die Young!
In Kesha’s words, “Let’s make the most of the night like we’re gonna die young…”
