Remember when..... In 2007, Nancy Pelosi met with Syria's President Bashar Assad, against the advice of the Bush administration, and said "the road to Damascus is a road to peace."
Remember when.....In 2011, Then-senator and now Secretary of State, in one of Kerry's five different visits with Assad, said Assad was a man of his word and had been "very generous with me." He added that under Assad "Syria will move; Syria will change as it embraces a legitimate relationship with the United States."
Remember when.....In 2010, after meeting with John Kerry five times, Assad said "I trust Senator Kerry."

Ahhhh... good times huh? When Democratic leaders embraced Assad despite his being a dictator and before Barack Obama decided that backing al-Qaeda linked Syrian rebels, was the way to go.
Now, House minority leader Nancy Pelosi calls for military action on Syria!
Now John Kerry says "Assad has to go."
Now, John Kerry calls Assad "Hitler."
