I often refer to chopping various ingredients in my recipes such as herbs, breadcrumbs, nuts, spices etc.. or making pastes which will act as a base for the recipe. I would not be without my Kenwood mini chopper, its great as just the right size for its intended use and doesn't take up much room on your work counter (which when you have a kitchen as small as mine is very important!). Plus its very easy to was up!
