These are all the trophies o achievements and their descriptions, find below the instructions of each trophy or achievement, and also the Act where you can unlock the trophy or achievement:
- Paperclip Labyrinth: Follow the bureaucratic loop in the Bureau 3 times.
- Organ Performance: Listen to the organ performance in the Bureau.
- Happy Tuesday: Win the claw game at Sam & Ida’s.
- Hypnagogic: Hypnotize Shannon in the mine.
- Phil and Jane: Find Phil and Jane on the Zero.
- Say something romantic: Watch Flora launch her paper boat.
- Under the horizon: Find Flora’s boat in the distillery.
- You died: Die in Xanadu.
- Here, you pick: Learn about 12 dishes in Sam & Ida’s.
- Finding Carrington: Return to Equus Oils and find Carrington there.
- Patch speaking: Answer the phone in the Rum Colony.
- I bet a dog will eat it Share Joseph’s home-made jerky with the dog.
- The map: Walk the Seer’s earthwork path in the town.
- Limits & Demonstrations: Complete “Limits & Demonstrations.”
- The Entertainment: Complete “The Entertainment.”
- Here And There Along The Echo: Complete “Here And There Along The Echo.”
- Act IV: Complete Act IV
- Act I: Complete Act I
- Un Pueblo De Nada: Complete “Un Pueblo De Nada.”
- Act II: Complete Act II.
- Act III: Complete Act III.
- Death of the Hired Man: Complete “Death of the Hired Man.”
- Act IV again: Complete Act IV a second time.
- “Look for me under your bootsoles”: Complete Act V.
- All Done: Unlock all trophies.
Kentucky Route Zero Trophy Guide – Act 1
- I bet a dog will eat it: 1st time you talk to Joseph (the attendant), offer the jerky to your dog > “How about a treat?”. If you choose “I don’t know his name, he’s just some dog” you will have to wait until you go to the basement and find the address (computer)
- Finding Carrington: Just go back to Equus Oils when you want ant talk to Joseph and the other guy (is Carrington)
- Hypnagogic: When leaving the mine choose Shannon’s dialogue, turn her outwards facing you, wait (like 1 min) until the camera is fully zoomed and move

Kentucky Route Zero Trophy Guide – Act 2
- Organ Performance: When you can use the elevator, go to 2nd floor, then right until the balcony, past the eerie people, and wait until the cut scene ends
- Paperclip Labyrinth: At the 1st floor keep the 3 clerks instructions by answering as Conway (if you answer as Shannon you won’t get it)

Kentucky Route Zero Trophy Guide – Act 3
- Say something romantic: 1st scene > Go to the south west corner of the parking lot of the Museum of Dwellings to find Flora > Talk & wait until the paper boat reaches the edge > talk again with her (DON’T leave the parking before unlocking the trophy)
- You died: When you reach the hole in the forest choose Shannon’s dialog “Go down into the hole, that seems pretty obvious.”
- Phil and Jane: After reaching the other side of the bridge travel on KR0 > Find the TV > Return on 70 > Plays as the dog > Reach the car
- Under the horizon: (Requires the trophy Say Something Romantic) Hard Times Distillery > When Dolittle leads you to a car continue past the shipping trucks to the Docks > Go between the water pumps until the river > wait until Flora’s paper boat pass by
