Located in the heart of the historical area of Baixa, in Lisbon, this 18th-century building has been refurbished turning five floors into short-term rentals. I'm glad architect Jose Adriao kept the original character of the structure intact, giving each unit a special blast from the past. This particular apartment on the top floor is to die for, particularly the white-washed soaring high ceilings. Although bare in details, this loft is rich in history and fabulosity.
