Keeping warm in a cosy coat when the weather turns chilly is one of my favorite feelings... that along with exchanging your day wear to your pjs!  I was sent this stunning coat from Debenhams and I adore it, it's not left my back in fact!  I'd spotted it at their AW14 press day and even wrote about it as I loved it so much.

This coat seems to go with everything and the best part is that the faux fur collar is removable.  I like the collar as it creates a super glam outfit especially with the deep raspberry shades in the coat. 
The earrings I have on are gold leaf studs that were once my Mum's from when she was younger.  They are possibly my favorite earrings for the fact they were hers and that they're perfect for the current season. I like using items that have a history and story to them. 
I do love a good hat and this one was an absolute bargain from H&M only £13!  A plain black hat can totally transform any look and that's what I think it does with what I'm wearing, everything is quite simple and casual in this style so adding some statement accessories helps lift it.

Big fan of feeling comfortable in what I'm wearing at the moment so the jeans from F&F have been my best friends for the last week, they have a lot of affordable shoes in at the moment which is wear I got those loafers from.  I picked up a pair of boots for £15 last week.  You can't beat a bargain.
We've had a funny weekend I've got absolutely nothing done that I set out to do, it just sort of disappeared on me so I feel a bit deflated on this Sunday evening.  We did have a great Saturday night out though with friends to watch a local band called Indio Black in Melton Mowbray.  I'm away with work a few times next week and I've nothing planned for next weekend... morning bike ride and wedding planning may be on the cards!
