KCST Personnel Visited Defense Ministry Museum

DPRK state media reported on 22 December (Saturday) that Korean Committee for Space Technology [KCST] personnel who participated or contributed in the 12 December 2012 launch of the U’nha-3 rocket continued what is now a week long sojourn in Pyongyang.  They visited the Ministry of People’s Armed Forces [MPAF] Revolutionary Museum.  Upon arriving on the plaza on the MPAF campus, they delivered a floral basket and bouquets to the Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il statues during which, according to KCNA, they made a “a silent report that they have done the historic deed to be specially recorded in the history of the nation under the leadership of the dear respected Marshal Kim Jong Un.”

After the floral presentation, Korean People’s Army [KPA] service members and museum docents presented them with flowers and hung garlands around the necks of the KCST employees.  They toured the MPAF Revolutionary Museum and “looked round various rooms showing historic relics associated with Kim Jong Il’s leadership, being briefed on the fact that he developed the Korean People’s Army into an invincible revolutionary army of Mt. Paektu, true to the Chuch’e-oriented idea of the President on army building” and “toured rooms showing the great personality of Generalissimos Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il and the close ties between the leaders and their soldiers.”
