The Wattala Police on Sunday arrested a Kazakh national who was staying in the country without a visa.When the identity of a person who was loitering on the road in a suspicious manner was examined by officers of the Wattala Police engaged on night mobile patrol, it had been confirmed that he was from Kazakhstan.
Upon inspecting his passport, it was revealed that his visa has expired.
Police took steps to arrest the 42-year-old Kazakhstan national who was scheduled to be produced before Court.
