Kathy Griffin Wants Nothing To Do With Lawyer Lisa Bloom Anymore
When Kathy Griffin got in trouble for her bloody Trump head art piece/attention grab/what have you back in May, one of the first things she did was lawyer up. Kathy called Gloria Allred’s lawyer daughter Lisa Bloom, who promptly set her up with an apology-filled press conference. Since then, Kathy has lost work and lost friends. She has also lost Lisa Bloom as her lawyer, but according to Kathy, it was her choice.
Yesterday, Kathy tweeted a message to Lisa Bloom, politely asking Lisa to please stop blowing up her phone.

The Daily Mail says that Kathy’s tweet is most likely in reference to a video she posted last week on Facebook about her experience with Lisa Bloom. The video no longer exists on Kathy’s Facebook page, but do I even have to tell you that Kathy was unsatisfied with Lisa’s services?
“There’s right and wrong, and I think it’s time to expose some stuff. I hired her for a couple of days during my Trump mask scandal. It didn’t go well. If you want my Lisa Bloom statement, anybody, OK, here it is. Yes, I got Bloomed. Yes, I did not have a good experience with her. I felt that she and her husband exacerbated my personal situation. That horrible press conference was a disaster.
I’m not gonna sue Lisa Bloom. I don’t think Lisa Bloom should be shot, like people want to shoot me. So there’s my fucking statement.”
Harvey Weinstein’s former favorite legal representative didn’t respond with a press conference, accusing Kathy of online slander. But she did tweet a response addressing Kathy’s video and Twitter accusations and sort of shrugged off Kathy’s negative customer complaint.

According to Lisa, Kathy’s press conference was a mess because of Kathy. Specifically, that Kathy went off-script. You can re-live it starting at the 10:05 mark.
Kathy Griffin recently revealed that, despite apologizing for her Trump stunt numerous times, she firmly believes Hollywood has blacklisted her.
Kathy probably doesn’t want to hear this, but she and Lisa might have that in common. A lot of people side-eyed Lisa, who has built a career from fighting for women, after she decided to join Harvey Weinstein’s creep defense team. She hasn’t been blacklisted yet, but who knows? In the event things get so bad she’s forced to resort to bus bench ads, maybe she can ask Kathy for some eye-catching slogans. “Future doomed? Get Bloomed!” has a nice ring to it.
