Kathy Griffin Pretty Much Confirms That She Was Interviewed By The Secret Service
My brain purged the memory of Kathy Griffin’s bloody Trump head stunt, because it needed to make room to store newer acts of fuckery, like Trump threatening to CNN in a headlock and wrestle their asses. So I forgot about the Kathy scandal for a minute, but apparently, she really is under investigation by the Secret Service and that investigation is still going on. If the Secret Service also interview Johnny Depp for his assassination joke, more of our tax dollars will be wasted on the Febreze-scented nose plugs the Secret Service will have to wear while talking to him.
All the way back in May, Kathy Griffin conjured up a major shit storm when she shared a Tyler Shields photo and video of her working a pussy bow blouse while holding a rubber Trump mask covered in fake blood. Kathy took it down and apologized hard, but the damage was already done. CNN fired her, she lost a lucrative Squatty Potty endorsement deal and venues canceled on her. The Trump family also hit out at her. And so Kathy held a weird press conference with Lisa Bloom where she turned the drama all the way up and said that she’s been bullied by Trump and his family. I thought that would be the end of that, but it wasn’t.
The Secret Service said in May that they investigate all possible threats. Political reporter Yashar Ali tweeted on Monday about how the Secret Service’s case file on Kathy is still open and they interviewed her. Either Kathy Griffin was really, really late in answering a question that I may or may not have tweeted to her years ago (the question being: Is true that Anderson Cooper is a bottom?) or she confirmed that the Secret Service interviewed her.

Yashar Ali said that the meeting lasted for an hour, but I’m going to guess that the interview about the pic lasted about 10 seconds. “Ms. Griffin, do you want to physically harm the president? No? Okay, great, now where’s Maggie? We wanna get boxed wine drunk with her.”
