The American rapper and record producer, Kanye West’s ex-assistant, has sued and accused him of sexually assaulting her at a studio session that was co-hosted by him and rapper Sean Diddy Combs.

Lauren Pisciotta, who worked with Kanye from 2021 to 2022, stated in a complaint obtained by a media house that the rapper committed “sexual battery” after lacing her drink. Besides, the assistant’s allegations are a part of wrongful termination against West who stated that she was subjected to “explicit texts, pornographic photos, videos and phone calls” from him before getting fired. Lauren, who started working with West in 2021, assisted him on Yeezy’s Fashion Line and collaborated on his album, Donda.

A lawyer for West did not comment on any of the allegations imposed against Kanye by his ex-assistant. Besides, a legal representative denied Lauren’s allegations made in June 2024, and added that, “Ye will be filing a lawsuit against Ms. Pisciotta.”

According to the now-amended complaint, which was filed on October 8 in Los Angeles County Court, Lauren alleged that before she started working with the rapper and record producer, she was invited to a party where “drinks were served to others in attendance, followed by an announcement that everybody had to drink if they wanted to stay.”

The filing further stated that the Pisciotta drink, was served by a studio assistant at the request of West, and was laced “laced with unidentifiable drugs” and she felt unidentifiable after a few sips.

The complaint read, “As plaintiff began to slip into an altered and heavily impaired state, she felt less in control of her body and speech, and that is where plaintiff’s memories of that night escape her.”

According to the recorded statement, the next day, Lauren woke up “feeling physically ill and confused” and felt “immense embarrassment” for not remembering what happened after the drink.”

In the same complaint, according to the media house, People, Laurem has stated a sexual harrasement incident, that read, “During an “album workshop” at the St. Regis Hotel in San Francisco, West “aggressively pounded” on her hotel room door at 6 a.m., woke her up, forced “his way into her room” and said he needed to use her shower because he was out of order. Pisciotta alleges that West later approached her and “dropped his towel,” before “he attempted to forcefully thrust his naked body onto and penis into Plaintiff’s face” and “ignored her pleas to stop.” Per the complaint, West “swiftly left” after saying “sorry” and “went about his day as normal.”
