Gloria Williams, the woman who kidnapped Kamiyah Mobley 20 years ago has been sentenced to 18 years in jail.
Williams kidnapped Mobley from a Jacksonville, Florida hospital. She then took her to South Carolina and raised her under the name Alexis Manigo.
On Wednesday, a judge sentenced Williams, to 18 years in prison on the kidnapping charge. Williams pleaded guilty in a South Carolina courtroom to the charge in February and had accepted a plea agreement.
