Kamiyah Mobley Kidnapper Gloria Williams Gets 18 Years In Prison

Gloria Williams, the woman who kidnapped Kamiyah Mobley 20 years ago has been sentenced to 18 years in jail.

Williams kidnapped Mobley from a Jacksonville, Florida hospital.  She then took her to South Carolina and raised her under the name Alexis Manigo.

On Wednesday, a judge sentenced Williams, to 18 years in prison on the kidnapping charge. Williams pleaded guilty in a South Carolina courtroom to the charge in February and had accepted a plea agreement. She received one year for each year she kept the child away from her birth parents, Shanara Mobley and Craig Aiken.
