This moment may just prove to be the turning point of this entire primary campaign. Not Eric Swalwell, repeatedly arguing that Joe Biden is too old to run, not Bernie Sanders, not really confronting Joe Biden because he known they're not sharing voters in any case: it's Kamala Harris, juxtaposing her personal experience of being black in America with Joe Biden's support of two racist, segregationists Senators in the 1960s, and then having him respond to this by defending states' rights.
