Justin Bieber is facing a lawsuit for his songs – One Less Lonely Girl. A fight over the song’s royalties has broken out and a lawsuit has been filed by artist managers – Vance Tate and Thomas Oliveria – who go by the name of A-Rex. A-Rex claims that he created the tune for R&B singer Noel Gourdin back in 2008.
The duo are claiming that they are entitled to 10% of the publishing royalties, and want an estimated $200,000 for A-Rex’s share. Justin Bieber made the song famous with his track One Less Lonely Girl.
