Just the two of us.....
My mother decided to travel to Chicago this Easter to spend time with my brother and his family which left my daughter and I to figure out how to enjoy our Resurrection Sunday.

When my husband was living my mom would make a big dinner before she left to go out of town and drop it off at our home.( she loved my husband that much and wanted to make sure he still got a Sunday dinner with all the fixings) well this year she didn't leave nothing but a couple of chocolate chip cookies on her kitchen counter. lol
Anyway since I wasn't cooking, I told my daughter we would go out for lunch. After calling around to see who had an open reservation, we ended up at Bonefish Grill in Madison, Mississippi.
We had the Bang Bang shrimp for appetizers and for our main course, my daughter had filet and crab cake and I had the cod imperial. Yum!
After lunch we did a little shopping, took a couple of pic's and went to workout, before we called it a day!
