True Blood’s Jurnee Smollett-Bell has a new gig as a member of the cast in “A Trip to Bountiful.”
The full casting has been announced for the Center Theatre Group engagement of the Tony-nominated Broadway revival of Horton Foote’s American masterpiece which begins performances at the Ahmanson Theatre at 135 N. Grand Ave. Los Angeles, CA on Wednesday, September 17, and continues through November 2, 2014. The opening is September 26.
In addition to Jurnee, previously announced cast members include Cicely Tyson, Vanessa Williams, Blair Underwood, Devon Abner, Wade Dooley, Arthur French, Pat Bowie, Russell Edge, Dalila Ali Rajah, Keiana Richa’rd, Duane Shepard, Sr. and Desean Kevin Terry.
