I love smoothies. And I love Peanut Butter. One of my favorite drinks from Jamba is Peanut Butter Moo’d… which also has way too many calories. So when I’m craving one I make this smoothie instead. What you need:
1 Banana
1 Cup of Coconut Milk {or any other milk beverage of your choice}
1-2 Scoops of Chocolate Protein Powder
2-3 Tablespoons of Peanut Butter
Ice {add more or less to your liking}
Put Everything in the Blender.
Blend Away.
Sip, Gulp, Gobble.
Repeat.
