5 medium tomatoes 1/3 red onion 1 tbsp of raisins 1 tsp of hemp seeds 1 tbsp of sunflower seeds 1/2 tsp of nutritional yeast (optional) 1/2 tsp of olive oil 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar Sea salt and black pepper to tasteInstructions:
Cut tomatoes and slice onions into a mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix all together. Pour salad in a beautiful dish and serve.
