The appearance of blood oranges at the store changed everything.
My shopping list was full of greens intended for the juicer, but that bag of blood oranges inspired me.
When fruits and vegetables become a mental palette, juicing makes me feel like an artist!

Blood Orange Juice
4 grapefruit
Fresh ginger (3” x 1” chunk)
2 lbs (about 10 small) blood oranges
3 lbs organic carrots
4 organic meyer lemons
