The battle royale between Epic Games and Apple continues. A judge on Friday denied a motion to force Apple to re-admit Fortnite to the App Store while trials continue. However, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California has also ordered Apple to allow Epic to operate its Unreal Engine developer account on the App Store, Mac rumors reported.
This means a temporary disposition that allows Fourteen days Getting banned but not allowing Apple to block Unreal Engine is now permanent.

Apple and Epic didn't immediately respond to requests for comment, but Apple said Bloomberg It is "grateful that the court recognized that Epic's actions were not in the best interests of its own customers."
Apple and Epic will continue their court battle in May 2021. This follows Epic's lawsuit against Apple on Aug. 13, after alleging that the iPhone maker's rules that all app sales must be cut by 30% are anti-competitive. Epic has broken Apple's rules by activating a hidden code in Fortnite that allows players to purchase items directly from Epic at a discount.
For this reason, Apple has banned Fortnite from the App Store.
