John Kerry, in a speech given on August 26, 2013, claims the U.S. is certain that a chemical weapons attack took place in Syria last week, and that, based on the evidence, which he did not provide, was conducted by Syrian President Assad.
The rhetoric from Kerry seems to be propaganda geared to justify an attack against Syria by U.S forces.
Kerry- "I went back and I watched the videos...one more gut wrenching time... it is hard to express in words the human suffering they lay out before us." Addressing Russia, perhaps, Kerry said that anyone denying the attacks could occur needed to "check their moral compass."
What Kerry neglects to mention is that Russia has not denied the attacks, but has encouraged the U.S. to wait for the UN inspectors to determine whether it was the Syrian government or the Obama backed rebels that conducted the chemical attacks.
Considering the warnings and threats being given to the U.S., an attack against Syria by American forces, could very well lead to World War III.
