Last weekend, True Blood’s Joe Manganiello attended the Human Rights Campaign Seattle Dinner to accept the Ally for Equality Award.
Manganiello has supported the work of HRC as a participant at past galas and is strong advocate for equal rights for the LGBT community.
“I never set out to be an advocate,” said Manganiello. “I’m simply a person who believes in equality for everyone and I’m a person who believes in standing up for his friends.”
