With Halloween drawing ever closer, parties are a surefire way to get into the spirit. And for some of those parties, event organizers turn to True Blood cast members each year to make the festivities special. Joe Manganiello (Alcide Herveaux) will be appearing at the Monster’s Ball on October 26th, 2013 in Tampa, FL.
