We love this tradition, and we love getting to enjoy all that shiny new bling! These were the Jewels of the Weeks for October 2021.
We have some really sentimental and lovely pieces this month. We love that PriceScopers can tell stories through jewelry. This month there were some great stories!
FornasettiLover shares this gorgeous three-stone Whiteflash diamond ring with us. The story that came along with this beauty was a roller coaster indeed. There were some attempts with other diamonds and other settings, but they weren't right. A PriceScoper knows when their jewelry is not what their heart wants. Oncrutchesrightnow seemed worried that the size of this ring would be less interesting to us, that couldn't be further from the truth. We love jewelry, and we love getting to be a tagalong on people's jewelry journeys. This ring is an outstanding daily wear ring, it's a really lovely example of a wardrobe builder piece. It's awesome to see that they are still going strong and still knocking it out of the park with the diamonds! I love when the timing works out like that! Caolsen shared this yellow brown round brilliant diamond ring with us, and it is amazing. I love how vastly different the color looks in a different light! Missyc shared this bezel set diamond engagement ring with us and it blew us away. Missyc was happy to be using 2 family diamonds in her engagement ring, one inherited from her Grandmother and one came from an Aunty. The ring was lovely but tall, tall enough that it would be dangerous to wear with any regularity. So, missyc went on tragically unable to wear her beautiful and meaningful ring. When she went with her mother to visit her mother's bling in the safe deposit box, her mother shared an inherited ring with her that was very important to her. After discussing missyc's predicament, her mother decided to have her gorgeous inherited ring reset into an engagement ring that missyc could wear. Diamonds that passed from Grandmother, to Mother, to Daughter. Missyc named the resultant bezel set beauty "Ohana," Congratulations! May Ohana surround you with the love of your family all the days of your life.
