a family in Ein Kerem neighborhood of Jerusalem made an amazing discovery while doing renovations on their home. Breaking through the floor with a jackhammer they discovered an hollow space. When they checked it out, they discovered an intact mikva. After reporting it to the Antiquities Authrity, with some hesitation, it was found to be a 2000 year old mikva, dated to the Second Temple period, in pristine condition!
