Story: Jersey Bred starts as we meet the mob members in the Jersey area.  Uncle Sal (Marinelli) is getting released from prison and his mob has moved into a more modern way to operate. Vincent (Tardio) has kept the business running while holding his family together.

Things change when Anthony (Antonucci) arrives and wants to change things. However, the two sides start colliding on ideas, which could see their worlds change.

Verdict on Jersey Bred

Jersey Bred is a crime drama following a mob who has been running things smoothly. However, a new family member ends up causing trouble and could bring their empire down.

This is a crime drama that follows traditional mobster ideas. It uses the idea somebody rocks the boat of a smooth operation, and things spiral out of control. There isn’t anything new used in this idea and the characters are as generic as they come. You will find yourself not caring about any of the characters, as they all feel the same without having anything that makes them stand out. It will easily be forgotten as we have so many other movies that do something that makes them stand out.

Final Thoughts Jersey Bred is a typical mobster movie that brings nothing new to the table.
