Seinfeld comes to Asheville February 22
Comedian Jerry Seinfeld is coming to Asheville Friday, February 22 for one performance at Thomas Wolfe Auditorium.
Tickets for Seinfeld go on sale tomorrow at 10:00 a.m. and can be purchased here. Tickets range from $44-$76 plus Ticketmaster fees, so do yourself a favor and buy them directly from the US Cellular Center Box Office to save on fees.
Seinfeld returns to Asheville for the third time this February. The last time he was in Asheville was in 2006. Of course we all know Seinfeld as the start of what is widely acknowledged as one of the greatest sitcoms of all time Seinfeld.
But I have come to appreciate Seinfeld for his latest project Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee, where he takes some of his best comedy friends out for coffee. The following episode featuring Michael Richards (Kramer) received the most press, because this is the first time we have really seen Richards since his use of the N word in response to a heckler that was caught on tape that pretty much ended Richards’ career:
