The ex wrestler claims it violates the gag order established in their child custody battle.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Otunga feels the comment was pertaining to their breakup.
Jennifer made the comment on the Dec. 4th episode of the show.
Her shady comment?…….“Child, mine neither.”
