Dr Krispin Hajkowicz will not be taking over the place of the state's Chief Well being Officer as Dr Younger begins her new position as Queensland's Governor subsequent week.

In an announcement the state's well being minister, Yvette D'ath stated she 'revered' Dr Hajkowicz's determination and his 'request for privateness'.
Dr Younger is about to embark on her subsequent place on Monday, with state premier Annastacia Palaszczuk farewelling her on Thursday.
'This has meant huge strain, sleepless nights, and a torrent of knowledge which she has processed calmly and clinically, with compassion and care,' she stated in parliament.
'I'm proud to say that, for my part, Dr Younger has led Australia and the world in Covid well being measures.'
Her 16-year tenure makes her the longest serving CHO in Queensland.
Dr Younger had earlier stated Dr Hajkowicz was the 'excellent particular person' to fill her sneakers.
