I was so honored to attend the private press preview for the Jean Paul Gaultier exhibit at the de Young. Monsieur Gaultier was in attendance and I must say he's probably one of the most humble Haute Couture Designers ever. He shared stories of how he got started and what he loves about fashion. My favorite quote from him. "All women are beautiful no matter their size or ethnic back ground, they all have beauty" Love him! We weren't allowed to take any pictures with him due to time. I did manage to worm my way into asking him to autograph one of his postcard's for me. He spelled my name wrong, but who cares. LOL! I am going to frame it as a sign of things to come for my fashion blog!
