How To Make A 5 Ingredient Japanese Chicken & Rice Bowl!

Here’s an all in one dish that you can whip up in a matter of minutes with 5 easy to find ingredients!

This dish can be made in a few minutes which is great for lunch or dinner in a hurry!

The chicken here packs a great dose of protein and the scallions and cauliflower will give you some veggie power!

The coconut aminos give this a great flavor and you can also add chillies into this if you want this spicier.

Got more vegetables lying around? pop them into this.

Japanese Chicken & Rice Bowl

Ingredients


This is part of my series of 5 ingredient Paleo Recipes so I am assuming you have salt, pepper and oil in your kitchen)

8 Oz boneless Chicken breasts (cut into cubes)

1.5 cups Cauliflower Rice



2 tbsp coconumt aminos

2 Large eggs

6 Scallions (trimmed and sliced)


Method


  1. Boil water and coconut aminos (medium-low heat)
  2. Add Chicken until cooked
  3. Add Eggs then scallions and cook for a further 5 minutes (Do not stir)
  4. Serve over cauli rice
  5. Enjoy!
