I finally picked up my Feel Unique Beauty Box last night from the post office –hooray- and I have to say on first glance I wasn’t too impressed. After seeing raves of GlossyBox and JolieBox products I think I expected more, but as I played with the products and read the wee little card, I actually love this box. It is based on the motto New Year, New You, which is excellent; if any of you read my detox post you will know that I am trying to get myself all spruced up especially for 2012 –ooer. Here’s what we have in this month’s Feel Unique box:this works Clean Skin for the face / Caudalie Vinotherapie Nourishing Body Lotion / Phyto PhytoBaume Color Protect Express Conditioner / Dead Sea Spa Magik Salt Brushing /Lierac Creme Mesolift Anti-Aging Radiance / and a Lierac sample of what I assume is an intense serum for fine linesI have tried the Mesolift Lierac face cream last night and my skin is so smooth this morning; it usually feels dry and tight, but not today. I also tried the body lotion by Caudalie and after a small discussion on the scent, my friend pointed out that it does in fact have the scent of a man. A wonderful scent don’t you agree? Again, I popped the cream on my forearms last night, and needless to say, my upper arms are slightly envious–so silky smooth. I am most excited to try the salt scrub as I’ve seen a few being used recently around the blogosphere, but the wee card advises to use a body brush to get best results so I am going to wait until I bag myself one of those.Quick post this, just to let you all know what is in the box really, as I remember before I subscribed to any beauty boxes I used to hunt these type of posts down to kind of compare and contrast what goodies come with it. This box is focused on sort of beauty detoxing, and obviously next month’s box will have a different theme.
