Janina Gavankar (Luna) is heading to Arrow on the CW. According to a report posted Friday by Zap2it, the actress will play McKenna Hall, a Sterling Cop who is described as sexy, tough and formidable. She also shares a history with the show’s leading man Oliver Queen, played by Stephen Amell. The role will be reoccuring.
Hall will first come to the show when a new drug hits the streets:
“Working vice, McKenna knew Oliver back before his island days, when he was just a harmless billionaire bad-boy, as opposed to, you know.. a powerful vigilante and the SCPD’s No. 1 menace. She’ll first come into play when a sketchy new drug called Vertigo hits the streets.”
No word on when Janina’s episode will be aired but we’ll post more information when we get it.
