The CW seems to like Janina Gavankar (Luna) almost as much as we do! TV Line reports that she will be heading to the Vampire Diaries this fall. She will appear in the 3rd episode in season 5 of the network vampire drama which is also a flashback hour. Janina will play Tessa who is described as:
”…A beautiful, exotic and self-assured woman who comes to Mystic Falls to rekindle an old flame.”
Sounds like a very fun role doesn’t it? It might also be reoccurring as well. Prior to this casting, Janina also made several appearances on the CW show Arrow last year.
