Stellar and GMA Dove Award nominated singer Janice Gaines is back with new music!

Gaines shared that her new album ‘Lead Me’ was birthed from her bout with postpartum depression, and feeling out of control and numb.

“I’ve been waiting to tell you all about the music I recorded, and the time is now, Janice Gaines shared on Instagram. But I can’t tell that story without telling you this one: When I went in to deliver my beautiful baby boy, there were many complications with my health and with Gabriel’s health. We both almost died. The months that followed were filled with anxiety and what I now know was a long bout with postpartum depression. Feeling out of control and numb, I had to go back to where I met Jesus in the first place—through the truth of hymns.”

She continued,

“This new album is a collection of reimagined hymns with a couple of original songs that are near and dear to my heart. My prayer is that they’ll bring you the hope that they brought me.”
