James Woods Settles Suit Against Dead Man
Everybody’s least favorite uncle, James Woods, has recently settled a lawsuit he brought against a Twitter user for calling him a “cocaine addict”. Two years ago, James slapped a 10 million dollar defamation complaint against an anonymous Tweeter (Twitter-er? Tweetster?) who went by the name of Abe List. The defendant has since died and the details of the settlement were not made public.
Back in 2015, James drew Abe List’s Twitter fire by posting many right-wing conservative views including birther related comments about Barack Obama. In addition to the cocaine addiction allegations, E! reports that “In the past, AL has referred to Woods with such derogatory terms as ‘prick,’ ‘joke,’ ‘ridiculous,’ ‘scum’ and ‘clown-boy.’” Instead of taking the high road (or maybe he did take the HIGH road *wink*) by blocking his tormentors or filing a complaint with Twitter (there are no known reports of his having taken these steps), James decided to fight back The American Way with a multi-million dollar lawsuit.
In his defense, James seems like a real nice guy to me. Can you blame him for being butt-hurt when all the world is attacking him and his way of life? He’s really mellowed out and apparently, has found the block user function on Twitter. See how much he’s grown?

Clearly James is level-headed, thoughtful and is definitely, 100% not a coke addict. Or a “prick”. Or a ”clown-boy”.
Rest in peace, Abe List. You did the lord’s work.
