Jamaal Williams set to appear for Saints on Thursday evening
Running back Jamaal Williams is set to be activated from injured reserve and is expected to play for the New Orleans Saints against the Jacksonville Jaguars on Thursday night, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Media. Williams has been out since injuring his hamstring in Week Two. In the first two weeks of the regular season, Williams had 27 carries for 74 yards and two catches for seven yards. This game will mark the first time Williams and Alvin Kamara, who returned from suspension in Week Four, will share the backfield in a regular season game. Rookie Kendre Miller is also part of the Saints’ rushing attack.
