J. Rawls is a producer (he’s worked with Mos Def & Talib Kweli and the Beastie Boys), DJ, Emcee and (on top of all that) he heads up the Polar Entertainment label, so it is a wonder that he still has the time and effort to put out quality hip-hop like his new single “Bills.” The track has a great soul sample over some old-school beats and features a guest verse from the legendary Masta Ace. “Bills” is from Rawls’ upcoming The Legacy album due out June 10th, which will be his final solo album and will feature a whole slew of guest emcees and producers.
