We love us some unreleased Dilla here at GOF and when it’s as good as “Diamonds (The Shining, Pt 1)” it is downright awesome. The track will appear on the Diamonds & Ice 12-inch EP that will be released on Dilla’s Pay Jay Productions at the end of August. “Diamonds (The Shining, Pt. 1)” is the second single off of the upcoming The Diary, which is the famous long-lost Dilla vocal album. If it’s all this good, then we definitely have another classic from the producer extraordinaire who left us in his prime, and it definitely shows that he is more than deserving of the love and praise he continues to receive today.
