Dalkeith restaurant enters TripAdvisor Hall of Fame
Itihaas, family-owned and run Indian-Bangladeshi restaurant on Eskbank Road, Dalkeith has been
admitted to TripAdvisor’s “Certificate of Excellence Hall of Fame,” granted only to businesses which have won the award five years in a row.
Tripadvisor say that only the highest 10 percent of businesses listed on its service are given a Certificate of Excellence and a mere 9% of those which earned the Certificate in 2015 have also been recognised in the “Hall of Fame.
“Our customers are the best judges of the quality of the food and service we provide,” said Itihaas manager Matin Khan, who won the title of Scotland’s Curry Chef of the Year last April.
