I know, I know, it’s not even September 1st. But that doesn’t mean I can’t love Fall and pumpkins, and Halloween…..and Charlie Brown Specials. Even though it’s pushing 85 outside, I dream of snowed in days in front of a fireplace with a hot chai in my hand…. and lots of pumpkin pie. But we all know it’s not snowing, and I of course just got on this health kick with barre class and everything, so we will have to settle on this yummy vegan pumpkin smoothie I made today for my daughter and I.

Easy Healthy Vegan Pumpkin Smoothie Recipe
1- 16oz. can of pure pumpkin
1 C. Vanilla Coconut Milk yogurt {So Delicious is a great brand}
1 T. Nutmeg
1 T. Cinnamon
Sprinkle of cloves
{For the seasoning you can use all spice if you want…. I just like to season to taste}
1 ripe banana
2 T. Agave Nectar to sweeten {more or less depending on your tastes}
1 Scoop of protein powder {I use hemp protein powder from Whole foods}
Ice to thicken
Pour all ingredients into blender. Blend until smooth.
Gulp. Enjoy. REPEAT.
