Liam Neeson is getting PAID. Seriously. Liam Neeson made 1 million dollars for 2009′s breakout hit, Taken. Taken opened to 24,7 million onto 145M domestically, and another 81M overseas. They greenlit a sequel and paid Neeson 10M to come back the second time around. That second time turned into 139.8M domestic, and 236.2M internationally. Those huge numbers have turned into another huge payday for Neeson, who is getting paid 20M to come back for Taken 3. That’s an impressive multiplier that basically only The Hangover guys have gotten recently. Famke Janssen and Maggie Grace have yet to ink deals, but I bet they are a lot more than they earned for the first film. Production will start in February.
