Columbia Pictures is officially developing Bad Teacher 2. This is a surprisingly increasing franchise, as CBS had already ordered the Bad Teacher pilot to series. The sequel, to be directed by Jake Kasdan, is being developed for Cameron Diaz, however she has not officially committed to the project. No news on either Justin Timberlake or Jason Segal being involved with the sequel. Bad Teacher surprised everyone summer 2011 making 216 million worldwide on a 20 million budget.
