It's All in the Staging

IT'S ALL IN THE STAGING

Model apartments tend to be cold and impersonal, which in a sense in quite the opposite look you want to have when trying to attract prospect buyers or renters. If staged right, and with enough attention paid to details, they should feel homey and inviting — the whole purpose of investing time and money to decorate them. Believe it or not, this lovely Stockholm flat is the model a model unit for a brand new apartment complex designed by Wingårdhs Architects for the developers Folkhem. The beautiful choice of furnishings and color palette makes this pad rather attractive to any possible homeowner or tenant. The wood details and lovely accessories gives it a lived-in feel which will entice anyone to want to live here. I can definitely fall for it.

Agree with you! Staging has to be done right - it is not just removing personal things in a house, but making it look more like a home that is welcoming!
