Jennifer Hudson splits and gets restraining order against ex fiance David Otunga.
The couple, who have been together for 10 years got engaged back in 2008, and Jennifer gave birth to the couple’s son David, Jr. in August 2009.
“They have been in the process of ending their relationship for a number of months,” Hudson’s rep told PEOPLE exclusively in a statement.
“Today, Jennifer requested and received a protective order against her ex-fiancé. Jennifer’s actions are solely taken in the best interest of their son,” the statement concluded.
