So I'm doing a double post today, as you all need to vote for this Corbis 'make your mark' contest. Its a cause close to my heart as last year my grandma passed away, she lead a full and happy life right up to her last moments, because she always had a loving family around her. It makes me so sad to think there are going to be half a million older people in the UK that are going to be alone for Christmas. We can all make a difference by taking a moment to chatting to an elderly neighbour or pop a Christmas card in their letterbox. Go vote and know you are helping to make a difference in the world today...
