  • Puresight Systems has been handling the Marketing, Pre – Sales and After-sales Service for iRobot’s products in the country.

Q2. How do you plan to take your product innovations to the market? What is your go to market strategy?

  • Today any innovation can be spread to the world via different platforms. Puresight System GTM strategy is to increase the awareness for iRobot products through OFFLINE as well as ONLINE channels. Some of them are

OFFLINE:

  • To enable the customers’ product experience by opening flagship stores operated by franchisees in major metro cities.
  • To ensure customer care by establishing service centers in major metro cities.
  • Puresight Systems has established a customer call center which provides information about iRobot products and enables products purchasing.
  • To participate in different exhibitions & events.

ONLINE:

  • The irobot.in website enables the customers to get detailed information about iRobot products as well as purchasing the products including free delivery to their home.
  • iRobot products can also be purchased on other e-commerce channels like Amazon & Flipkart
  • Creating awareness by using other social media channels.

  • Our products are available at the flagship stores in Bangalore, and we are planning to establish other flagship stores in other major metro cities. Our products are also offered across India through irobot.in. Consumers can also buy iRobot products on Amazon & Flipkart.

Q4. Please share your plans to provide service and support around your products?

  • As of today, Puresight Systems has a Service Centre in Bangalore which is catering the need of any location in India. Going ahead we will be providing a service center along with any new flagship store in India.
