iQOO Z3 spotted on benchmarking website Geekbench with model number Vivo V2073A that reveals some key specs. iQOO Z3 is the upcoming upper mid-range 5G smartphone from the Vivo owned tech giant. A few days back the company officially confirmed that the iqoo z3 will be a 5G device with 144Hz fast refresh rate support.

As per the Geekbench listing shared by a well-known tipster Mukul Sharma on Twitter, the iQOO Z3 will feature a Qualcomm chipset having the lito motherboard, Mukul said that it is a Snapdragon 768G chipset that is seen on very few phones including Redmi k30 5G that debuted last year. Earlier some reports tipped that iQOO Z3 will feature a Snapdragon 765G or MediaTek Dimensity 1200 chipset.
The smartphone is able to grab 688 in single-cores and a 1988 score in multi-cores on Geekbench 5. The scores are decent for an upper mid-range smartphone. The listing also revealed that the smartphone will come running on Android 11 and sport 8GB of RAM in one of the variants.
However, the iQOO Z3 launch date hasn’t confirmed by the company yet but it is going to launch soon. Another smartphone from iqoo, iQOO U3 x which is a budget 5G smartphone is going for pre-orders from today.
