The iPhone 14 Pro Max comes in 5 model numbers, each designed for a different region and available on different cellular network technology.
This difference might not be crucial if you buy the device from Apple's online store and use it at home, but it's not something to ignore if you're planning to travel internationally and use it abroad.
When shopping for an iPhone, it's important to be aware of varying connectivity options and features. Our tables compare the different models, as well as what type of connectivity you should expect from each mark.
The key differentiating piece is the part number, which specifies the origin country, carrier, storage amount (128GB, 256GB, 512GB, 1TB), and color options. Let's take a look at all the differences below.

The New iPhone 14 Pro Max Models
Apple's latest Pro phones have truly separated themselves from the rest of the iPhone, creating a new user interface that is generating buzz in the tech industry.
The iPhone 14 Pro and Pro Max offer users a whole new user interface, including their key innovation, creating their own UI based on artificial intelligence. The later also has a pixel-dense camera with an optical zoom and introduces a new stunning photo editing app.
The iPhone 14 Pro Max doesn't bring many significant changes to the iPhone 13 Pro Max. Although it has slightly different dimensions and some slight hardware improvements, overall it's very similar.
It features the same "Ceramic Shield" of reinforced glass and stainless steel sides as before. The buttons and slider are in the same spots, too.
There are new software features like Crash Detection, which uses the iPhone's sensors and Apple's software algorithm to automatically alert emergency services of a car accident. There's also Satellite connectivity to let your iPhone text emergency services if you don't have any cell reception.
