iPhone 12: The first-gen MagSafe accessories are out

Apples iPhone 12, iPhone 12 Mini and iPhone 12 Pro max are out after making their debut during the September event of the companywhere Apple also announced its Apple One subscription. The latest line of phones came with a recurring yet new feature: MagSafe. The fast charging function serves both as a power throughput for wireless standard Qi charging on iPhones (15 watts versus 7.5 watts) and via an integrated magnetic lock to optimize the alignment for better charging - similar to the magnetic charger works on the Apple Watch.

Of course, if you have a magnet that can center a clip-on charger, that magnet can be used to attach other types of accessories to the iPhone 12 (shadows of recent times - and not so great - Moto Mods). Apple might also have plans to use the magnet system as a means of having that iPhone Reverse wirelessly charges other accessories to like AirPodsThis is similar to a feature on the latest Samsung Galaxy and OnePlus phones. Does that mean the iPhone maker is skipping a guess? Transition of the iPhone from Lightning to USB-Cand jump straight to MagSafe instead? Your guess is as good as ours, but one thing is guaranteed: with Apple licensing MagSafe to third party manufacturers like Belkin (see below), a range of MagSafe accessories await you soon.

One limitation, however, is that Effect of the MagSafe charger on credit cards. If a card is placed between the iPhone and the MagSafe charger, it can cause damage. Apple warns users to remove magnetic or radio chip cards such as credit cards, transit cards, or hotel room key cards from a wallet accessory before plugging a phone into the charger.
